In addition to our comprehensive cleaning services, Jowers & Company offers Property Managers the ability to turn over the chore of purchase and delivery of supplies/specialty products to us. Our vendors offer competitive rates on cleaning supplies so that we can maintain your inventory to make sure that everything is on hand and in its place every month.

We work with you to help make your property as environmentally friendly as possible. We use energy-saving light bulbs, recycled trash liners, specialty cleaning products and do our best to avoid gas powered machinery. Our goal is to make your living space for your owners and residents as clean and green as possible.
